I have years of experience treating anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic pain, and addiction. I also have a focus in the support of medical professionals, lawyers, executives, and other high-performers. I'm fluent in English and Arabic, and provide a space where immigrant and first-generation clients feel deeply understood. My therapeutic approach integrates acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and psychoeducation. I combine these techniques to provide a healing and empowering experience that supports enhancing overall performance. Additionally, I am EMDR trained and certified as a clinical trauma specialist.
